I would double check things like the greek yogurt to make sure that there is not an excessive amount of added sugar. If you have the time to track natural sugar vs. added to see if you're over in the added then try that. If not, just watch the labels for lots of added sugar, avoid those the best you can, and ignore the bar!

I'm in the same boat where I'm having a hard time eating enough at meals. It's easier if you break everything down into 4-5 small meals throughout the day. I'm set for 1600 calories, so I'm aiming for a 400 cal breakfast and 450 for lunch and dinner plus 2 150 snacks.

You can add me! Our goals are very similar. I want to be about 130-135 by the family beach trip in June, but I think that may be too tough a goal. I will for sure be there by the time I walk across the stage to get my degree in December! :)

Usually some shade of red or dark pink....I don't want to look like a 7 year old with baby pink toes. But I always get pedi's, never paint them myself, always get the little design. Oh in the summer I'll something get neon green or pink

That'll be great because I have some thunder thighs! LOL I'm just a little worried because I've been doing some weight training and I don't want to lose those muscles, but it looks to me like there are a lot of body weight exercises so I should be good

Its just eating foods that are processed as little as possible. I've always heard the general rule is if it has more than 3 ingredients or anything you can't pronounce, then it probably isn't clean. I still eat yogurt and drink some milk, but I watch out for the added sugars AND artificial sweeteners.

I was 125-130 and a 34D, so I don't think it'll be too bad, you'll just look a little busty :)
