I'm 42 and although I don't find losing weight anymore difficult than when I was younger, I do find it more difficult to get my body to easily bounce back to what it looked like previously. My skin and muscles (or lack of) are not as quick to rebound and it takes more dedication on my part to get the results that I desire.

Day 5...10 minutes. Disappointing day, but tomorrow I will do better.

Day 4 and did 31 minutes. Got home from work tonight and had to force myself to get on the bike. Started off telling myself that I would just force myself to do 5 minutes. 31 minutes later, I'm feeling proud and in need of a shower.

Day3....30 minutes. Felt like it was going to kill me, but I did it, even after working a 12 hour shift. Feeling good about it and glad that I joined this group. :)

Day 2 and can't believe it but I just did 30 minutes. :):)

Just joined this group a little while ago and didn't want to miss a day. Dusted off the stationary bike, hung the clothes in my closet instead of on the handlebars, and completed 15 minutes. Promise to myself that tomorrow I will use it for at least 30 minutes.

Although I haven't been real good about posting my miles, I have been keeping track of them daily. From August 14th-19th I have walked/jogged 16 miles. This brings my total for the month of August to 62.72!!! I have passed my goal and am continuing to see just how much I can do for the month. :)

6 miles walking...total miles this month 46.74....only 3.26 to go in order to reach my goal for the month!! Feeling really good about this :)

4 mile hike today which brings me to a total of 34.74 miles for August.....only 15.26 left to go.

Just realized that I never posted yesterdays miles. 8/7 4 miles walked Total for August 30.74 leaving only 16.26 to go!
