Maybe I'm the oddball out, but for me a "fat day" is simply a day when my pants fit a bit more snug than usual. Never have I considered the "male-dominated" society a contributor in the way my pants fit at the moment! Haha

This is me too!! Peanut butter gets me every time, which is a shame since it is so delicious. Sugar does this to me as well. It's hard for me to have just one candy or dessert portion.

I did my regular BodyPump class, but added weights on my chest and back tracks to give myself an extra push. Wasn't able to do cardio though:( ill make up for it tomorrow! Hope everyone had a good day!

I did my regular full body strength workout, but added weight to my arm and shoulder tracks. I only got 10 minutes of cardio in though, busy busy Monday!

When I take my BodyStep class my instructor is always yelling at us to keep doing the coordinating arm movements because it is "20% of our workout". Not sure how accurate that is though.
