  • I ate about 1900-2200 I would guess. But, I would say I would probably eat 3000-4000 cals a couple days a month.
  • I still eat chocolate. I get individually wrapped pieces, have one or two pieces. Or a chocolate protein drink/bar. You just have to eat LESS chocolate. Thinking you will never eat it again is enough to make anyone want to eat a ton of it. Just think you will have one little bit and another little bit in a few days.
  • I'm 5'10". I've gone from 209 to 173. I would like to get down to around 155 and then work on building muscle but honestly I'm super happy with my body right now. I haven't been this weight or been this healthy in a long time. I have big boobs, big hips and I'm tall. So I'm comfortable at higher numbers.
  • Buy a small amount of your fave snack. Buy a food scale. Measure a reasonable amount (amount that fits your calorie allotment and still allows for meals) put it in ziplock bags or containers portioned out. Eat one of those portions every day and still lose weight. No need to 'cheat' no need to never eat the thing you love…
  • I'm 5'10" 185 lbs. I try to eat around 1500 for 1 lb per week weight loss.
  • This is exactly how I feel. I just want to be comfortable and I care not if anyone sees my underwear. It is just underwear. I'm married and I'm not trying to pull in a man, but I've worn some slightly see through pants a few times and really not worried about it that much.
  • I'm planning on trying sometime at the end of next year. If I achieve my health goals this year, I could healthily end my next pregnancy close to my current weight. I'm also increasing my activity level. Last pregnancy I was lightly active and used my pregnancy as an excuse to over eat. Well I did have a decently healthy…
  • I'm in! I'm about 20 lb from my goal weight. I just started logging again and I'm hoping to make my goal in the next few months so this group sounds perfect. I've lost 27 lb since giving birth 16 months ago, but that has been without consistent effort. So my real goal is to be consistent going forward and actually achieve…
  • Eating broth, salad, fruit, and Greek yogurt only does not sound like a sustainable diet. Like others have said I hope you are getting enough protien! If you are not getting enough sodium, protien, carbs etc it is possible that your cravings are worse because your not giving your body what it needs. I'm not sure if that is…
  • I have stretch marks on my hips and breasts from when I hit puberty and I just (5 weeks ago) had a beautiful baby boy so now I have a whole host of new (bright red, fresh) stretch marks on my stomach and thighs. Whatever. So many people have them, it is certainly not uncommon. Probably most everyone on this message board…
  • Following. I JUST started MFP after having my baby 5 weeks ago. When I add in bf calories it gives me 1910, but then after exercise I have even more! Depending on what I do probably close to the same as you. I definitely don't want to compromise my supply, but I'm also curious as to how much I will actually lose.
  • Bananas or apples with peanut butter. Whole grain toast with an egg. Granola with dark chocolate almond milk. The maaany variations one can do with oatmeal. Those are pretty much my breakfast go to foods. On the weekends I might make something more elaborate like an egg scramble with cheese and veggies, whole wheat or…
