Thanks for the thoughts, i just dont think that would work for me. When i exercise I eat better, and the strictness of weighing food wont work long term for me. Glad you found something that works for you!

Here! Goal of 40miles! I just re-re-re joined MFP last month, and this is the first time ever I've made some big changes, and stuck with it! Yes - i have a 3 week old who is nursing constantly (i am just JUST getting back into things, lol, and want to go very very slowly to make sure that he is getting enough milk).

Go shopping, watch a movie, scrapbook and CHEW GUM! Drink lots and lots of water too!
