Is there a way to add it into my food or exercise diary?

Thanks!

You can search for breastfeeding under foods - it adds in negative calories. Are you EBF? If so, you need the extra 500 calories. If not, you should add in around 300-350.

From what i've researched youll need to pump up your fat intake to about 40%.
So a good macro breakdown would be Protein 30% Fat 40% Carbs 30%.
