Title Nine has a great selection of very supportive sports bras for all sizes. They are a bit spendy (usually $50 US or so) for a bra, but really good quality and actually supportive. The company is US based, but I would assume they would ship to Canada if they don't have a presence there already.

Go to an ortho for a diagnosis then follow-up with a physical therapist for treatment. If it is a more minor injury, you can go straight to your PT (with a referral from your PCP). A good sports meds doc will also do...but will still likely send you on to PT.

I love using JD3 for my work outs. Push myself harder with the game than just on the treadmill. For the calorie estimation, I've been using "Dancing, aerobic, ballet or modern" from the MFP exercises.
