    How is your depression and diabetes since your weight loss has been going? Has losing the weight helped with those?

    OMG I'm pretty impressed! You lost my old weight (240lbs) + extras! My hat goes down to you! 2lbs a week for 3 years is crazy! Did you hit a plateau in that time duration? Just wondering
