Almond milk is nice get Unsweetened tho i used Almond milk, now i use Unsweetened soya milk as its alot cheaper :) if you do use water in a shake its a lot better if is really cold water i freeze water and take it to the gym for my shake after my workout hope that helps :)

I try and plan a day in advance that way seems to stop me eating sh1t :) no need to lie when you eat 3700 a day :)

grab a 10kg barbell do 20 deadlifts then 20 rows then 20 back squats then 20 shoulder press without a break then rest for 1 minute and repeat 3 more time it should take 15 mins then do your normal workout this will burn calories for hours after Good luck Scott

Crouch down against a wall back straight and knees out as if your sitting against it and force all your energy to your toes through your legs, try and do a few sets of 30 seconds and add it to your exercise a few times a week :)

Put the fat up and drop the carbs the protein is ok At least 1g of protein per lb is ok I use 35/35/30 pro fat carb

try 20 mins on running machine 1 min fast 1 min slow up hill it will soon come off try a few full body workouts before that :)
