brush shrimp with some garlic, chilli and olive oil then put them onto a grill to cook. When cooked sprinkle them over a salad of your choice :smile:

just about every game for the kinect is a work out! I know that they have released 'the biggest loser' now, specifically designed for workouts and monitoring progress. They also have a Zumba game too that I'm thinking of getting.

I try to exercise at home every day, usually on the xbox and kinect, or using my gym ball and yoga mat. The less frequent exercise I get is when I go surfing, but thats only if the wave report is good!!

I'm 5ft 2.5inches and that extra half and inch is very important to me :tongue: I'm just over a healthy bmi at the moment, trying to get down to 133lb so that I am comfortably within the ideal bmi range... then maybe a bit more after that depending what I look like!!
