I'm a day behind, on day 5. My video thought I needed to be on week 2 today. I almost didn't catch it. If there's a ton of pushups then I'm not looking forward to it. Pushups always hurt my wrists due to carpal tunnel. They are modified right?

Start weight: 161 Goal: 155 Measurements: Neck 14"; Bust 39 1/2"; Upper arm: 13"; Waist: 39 1/2"; Hip/butt: 43 1/2"; Thigh: 25"; Calf 16 1/2" (I'm hoping this doesn't go up like it usually does) ETA: I put the weight when I started the program. I have unfortanetly gained. :(

Steam fresh and puree/chop and add to spaghetti sauce. Use spaghetti squash for noodles and add broccoli, onions, etc. Use rutabaga or cauliflower instead of potatoes for mashed. Black bean cakes takes place of meat plus tastes great with just about any veggie. Mix up salads, add cabbage, cauliflower, etc.

All meals are the same for myself and my family. My kiddos are 4, 8 and 10. If it's salad then we all eat salad. Kids need to eat just as healthy as adults do. So the same thing only a smaller portion for the kiddos. We all eat together and stay until everyone is done.

Oh thank goodness I'm not the only one! I've always had muscular calves. I don't think they will get leaner though. If you find a way please share with me.
