Try bars from diets that focus on 0 carbs, like Atkins, South Beach. Or you can try Slim Fast, some are yummy. I like Balance but idk carbs on it.

I like to mix it up...some ideas.... You do need some carbs, because the brain requires glucose to function properly. I understand the pain of giving up chocolate.....lol

.....or use non-fat or skim milk which have fewer calories. I tried a new breakfast this am....a serving of oatmeal with a tablespoon of peanut butter and 2 tsp of jelly, and it ws pretty good and kept me full.

I agree....especially when it comes to the really yummy ones. Try ones that are higher in fiber or protein. One member mentioned All Bran, I like Special K with chocolate pieces. Or along with your cereal eat an egg or two. The protein will help keep you fuller longer. Just a thought. :)

what about peaches or strawberries? I haven't seen the recipe from Hungry Girl, but those might work.

I've read in several fitness magazines that if you hit a wall, add weights. Strength exercises burn calories even after you're done working out. Good Luck!
