Okay; A day late, but that's okay, I suppose. :tongue: Week 1's challenge is... *Stay under your calories at least 5/7 days *Drink at least 6 glasses of water a day And a personal one I'm going to do is lose at least 1 pound. :smile: Good luck everyone!
