    I too would like to join, for myself, but more so for encouragement for my lovely wife Amy Clark (who asked to join a few posts up). We are trying to start a healthy life together (married this past summer!), and any outside encouragement is always greatly appreciated. Thanks!

    I'm ~245 working towards 200.

    Would like to join!!! I was 162# on friday. Would like to lose 9 more pounds by Christmas.....to be 153#.

    Okay; A day late, but that's okay, I suppose. :tongue: Week 1's challenge is...

    *Stay under your calories at least 5/7 days
    *Drink at least 6 glasses of water a day

    And a personal one I'm going to do is lose at least 1 pound. :smile:

    Is today the day we weigh in? I am down 2 which I am happy about. I need advice on being back in the dating world & what to eat and drink when I go out. I can't seem to avoid the beer

    Congratulations on the weight loss bluedrinkgirl! I do really good when I don't go out to eat, but not so much when I go out as well. So I would appreciate advice too!
