  • ifyou burn that much and eat that lil your metabolism shuts down. also mucle weights more than fat..that could be it.. dont give up.. exercise 3 days a wee and go up to 1500 cal per day.. i dont know how tall you are or how much you weight but try to go a different way... good luck

  • i have hears of the 1 day cleansing.. it where you only drink juices and fruits.. its says to dring veggie/tomato juice starting in the morning.. and fruits like eat 1 fruit of whatever until u full for breakfast dont fix the fruits tho and do this for 1 day.. breakfast..oranges.. snack ...grapes lunch...bananas... snacks…
  • that would be a no.. only water can count as water.. but as far as your calorie count it will count in as 0.. grean tea is very good bc it has antioxidents in so keep it up.... i have lost 19 lbs in 30 days with my own diet plan.... good luck tina

  • so far down from 286 to 271.....15lbs
  • keep on doing what you doing.... most likely your fat cell are tranforming into muscles the scale will tell you gained weight. so after awhile your clothes should fit loser.. also keep drinking that water to stay dyhydrated.... focus on your food log an make sure you get enough protein... good luck hun..dont give up
  • when i quit i quit cold turkey and i didnt wanted to gain weit so i snacked on carrots,celery sticks fruits and lolli-pops
