Well, today is day 5 of my detox. It is still going great. I feel fantastic, and I am noticing a difference in my skin. I am still enjoying the foods even the wierd ones that I have never heard of.
I have so much more energy.
I got on the scale today, not peeing or taking off my shoes, also wearing sunglasses on my head and my keys and cell phone is my pocket, and it said I was down 2.5 pounds since Monday. Next time I will get on the scale without all the extras.
I will keep you all posted.

Wow that is awesome!! Glad you are liking it and sticking to it. I still have not had soda since I posted and don't really care that much because I have green tea to drink and since there is no diet soda in the house (regular soda still here for my fiance but there is no way I would spend so many calories on a soda) I am not really even missing it that much. Thanks for the suggestion!0

I used to be an iced tea junkie. I would drink close to a gallon a day. I have never been a soda person. I gave up the caffeine. I am allowed green tea. I am loving it hot and cold with lemon.
Great job on giving up the soda. It's nice when you can enjoy something like green tea.0 -

Detox is not bad. It is not a liquid detox. You are eating great food morning, noon and night. It has a cookbook and all you do is pick out what sounds good and eat it. It is really easy.0

This tells about what I am doing. It is a book that breaks things down for you. It is $30. at Borders, you might be able to find it online. It is a great book. It's a short read and a ton of recipes.
If you want to talk more about it, let me know. I can share some recipes with you.
This is also something you can sit and read at the store, take some paper and write some notes and the reciepes that you like. Check out the library and see if they have the book and make some copies. I don't have a scanner, but I will see if some of my friends do, and I can send them to you.0
