i decided to give this a try .. i really like the wbsite and the food log..
i am going to take ministeps and will abondan the scale and go by lost mesurements.. i am german so i have alot of errors in my writing..lol

One hint for you: take it easy...just start inserting EVERYTHING honestly and then you can start to really see what you are eating and when, and you can start to make choices.
Remember it takes time. As someone said, we didn't gain weight overnight so we aren't going to lose it overnight either.
Go easy on yourself.
