  • Congratulations to Everyone on here that has come in with their own story, advice or even just motivation. This shows we are not the only ones who at first were embarrased to run outside etc. I often see people who wouldn't be classed as the sporty type out there doing their run and yes you see the odd person staring but…
  • Hi Kazza, Firstly congratulations on trying it as so many people talk themselves out of it before even trying it. I am not what I call a runner but more of a plodder (same consistent pace) I started the C25K last year and kind of changed it about to suit my own goals. Yes it hurts but I found listening to music whilst…

I have fell off the training wagon lately but just motivating myself to get back into it. Walking was my saviour as I lost most of my weight…

I now weigh 203 but have been as low as 197lbs. I started my first run on May 8th of this year doing 2.2 miles of run/walk (mostly walk) lol and gradually built up. I…
  • Just keep at it and try to stay motivated. Changing your excersize routine I find helps me when I hit a static moment. I yo-yo betweed 196-203lb now I am at my goal of where I wanted tobe. You have done well to lose the 24 and if you remain focussed you will get there.
  • Hi KcJ, I have been doing this for approx 3 month now and with the 8lb i lost before I started here I am now 30lb lighter now weighing 15st 1 with a goal of 14st 7 as my target. Logging everything really helps you as after a while you start to think before you eat which for me is a big thing. Lots of walking is my main…
