Actually, I haven't been exercising at all... lol this has been from diet alone. I guess I need to get back into working out and running. I haven't done it in 4 1/2 months, ever since I tried out for my college's football team. Which, coincidentally is right when I started a caloric deficit diet.

Haha I will undoubtedly feel incredibly small at 160 lbs. But at that weight, I will be 12% body fat and have a great body. But Since I know I will feel small, I'm gonna hit the weighs again and gain 10-15 lbs of muscle so that I'm not too thin

One of my closest friends did it. She lost 70 lbs over the course of a year. She loved it, but she also did the exercise along with it so that helped greatly. This is what happened with her. The left two pictures are her at the beginning, the two on the right are her now. http://i56.tinypic.com/2hs92m9.jpg

I'd say focus on the cardio and getting to a low bf% first. That way you can see the muscular results to the fullest. At my strongest I was benching 290 and squatting 550 at 205lbs and 26% body fat. I think you'd want to get down to 12% body fat first, then add on all the muscle. While losing weight, when you lose a pound,…

Your body could possibly be going into "starvation mode", when your body retains as much fat as possible to keep energy for you. men should never eat less than 1800, and women should never eat below 1200. Try to eat 1200 even and just give it time. You can calculate how much your body naturally burns each day here.…
