I had always been a good bit over weight, but because of playing football for so long it didn't look terrible on me because of the muscle mass I had.
But after trying out for my college's football team, and not making it. I decided there was no reason to be over 200 lbs anymore.
(And I looked at the body types of the guys who made it, and decided it was time to do something about it)
(I dont think my coding for the images worked, so if you want to see, just copy and paste the web addresses)
Week 0
215 lbs
Approx. 27% bf

Thought I'd share my success with everyone
And hopefully for those starting out this can prove, that over time, the results will be there.
Goodluck!

For football?
Eh, if when i reach my final goal, I run a sub 4.8 or 4.9 forty, i will add 20-30 lbs of muscle and try out and see what happens.
But if im not fast at all, I'll just hang up the cleats and enjoy the college experience.0 -

Haha I will undoubtedly feel incredibly small at 160 lbs. But at that weight, I will be 12% body fat and have a great body.
But Since I know I will feel small, I'm gonna hit the weighs again and gain 10-15 lbs of muscle so that I'm not too thin0 -
Great results in 4 monthz. I envy it in a good way. U look a lot like my brother in law.0

I've found that switching up exercises and changing foods so that your calories zig zag more helps.0 -

Actually, I haven't been exercising at all... lol this has been from diet alone.
I guess I need to get back into working out and running. I haven't done it in 4 1/2 months, ever since I tried out for my college's football team.
Which, coincidentally is right when I started a caloric deficit diet.0
