The furthest I ran without stopping was 9 miles running a 1/2 marathon. It was a shocker to me when I saw the 9 mile mark and realized I had been running the whole time. Hope to accomplish that for the next one. :smile:

I do to, but usually on breezy days. I figured it was my allergies.

What works best for me is breathing in through my nose and out my mouth. Then a deep breath in and out throughout my run. It has taken me some time to do this; I seriously have to concentrate on my breathing. Otherwise, I may forget to breath. LOL! I think as your train, you will figure out what works best for you.
