The days I don't go to the gym I walk on my lunch break! Very peaceful and afterwards I actually feel energized to get thru the rest of the day! It's about a mile and normally takes me between 18-20 mins I am hoping by the Spring to be up to 2 miles! I recommend it if you have the time and location to do so!

When I was a kid my friends used to tell me I was like Chrissy from the movie "Now and Then" and now I would prob be a cross between Charlotte and Miranda from Sex and the City. My advice after looking at your diary would be to lower your carb intake and raise your protein intake, it really helps! Good Luck! :)
