I bought a few new things after I lost about 30 lbs. I just got two pairs of shorts, a pair of jeans and a few shirts. I figure this would be enough to help me get by for the next 10 or 15 lbs lost.

I do not agree with this. Zumba can be quite difficult. What makes it "easy" is the fact that you're dancing and having fun. I am completely out of breath when I finish my Zumba work out routine. That being said, I do think it's a good idea to throw in other types of work outs.

It IS okay to eat Taco Bell.. as long as you don't go overboard. My personal favorite has always been the beefy crunch burrito.. or the cheesy potatoes!!

I hated them at first too but now I LOVE them! I can still only do "girl" push ups on my knees but they are getting much easier to do and it makes me feel accomplished that I can do them!

Thanks for replying! I have a feeling I'll need my therapist to use a different technique than moving her fingers back and forth.. I have trouble concentrating at times. Did she say how many sessions you would need or does it differ from person to person?

So if I were to eat a 20% deficit I would set my calorie goal at about 1500 (I burn about 300 calories during my workouts) and eat about 1800ish calories..?

I have also taken Phentermine and it worked really well BUT once I stopped taking it I gained back the 20 lbs I had lost PLUS 20 more!

I LOVE Zumba! There are days when I just don't feel like working out and that's when I pop in my Zumba dvd. It's a great workout but I don't feel like I'm working out. I feel like I'm in a dance class.

English Muffin Pizza's!! I made them last night for the first time.. under 300 calories!!
