40F here and i like the Enell brand sport bras... they do the squish uni boob thing but i am only using them for working out when i like the support and assurance of the girls not bouncing all over the place. Good hunting!

Last year i went and got 50 gray paint swatches and taped them all together... wrapped a string around it and wore it around my neck... I was 50 shades of gray. ;)

My suggestion would be to try to limit some of the sodium intake (CDC recommends 1500 for women a day...esp if you have high blood pressure) and start eating back some of your exercise calories... At least for a while til you break the plateau. I do question the calories you enter from exercise... i do zumba as well but…

I am 5'2... SW...somewhere right around 200. That # scared me enough to get this party started. That was last year. Didn't know about this site til Feb of this year so i don't have any photos. ;( Now i am 167lbs and plan to get down to 135ish... will re-evaluate then. Thanks everyone for the inspiration.
