grill some chicken breast , you can slice that for sandwiches or eat as a dinner or even make a healthy chicken salad with some apples and grapes for another day of the week

you can by the ranch hidden valley mix and then mix it with 1/2 fat free sour cream and 1/2 greek yogurt good and healthy

i use the fat free coffeemate creamer plain so no sweetner in it and there is always the sugar free creamers in the flavors . not sure how natural you wanna go . but i have to have my coffee everyday , i cant give up everything so i make allowances where i can and splurge on a few things to get through life . good luck

plain greek yogurt has any where from 11-20g depending on brands add some pure clover honey and its great. also love almonds

sea salt is better than regular salt at least . i have swiched to that and am just trying to be carefull and slowy get better about it and have noticed a change in water retention since changing things . already in the past month its gotten easier to not have to have it

Me and the kids are doing make your own pizza night . using reduced fat and non fat cheeses , turkey pepperoni on whole wheat 1/2 sandwhich rounds as crust then add whatever fresh veggies everyone likes to top pizzas , this is the kids favorite night for dinner and its healthy for them.

we do dance time everyday on our own from music and or you tube ( you can set it up on a playlist so its a continuous work out ) .
