Hey, I hate asking gender specific questions, but here goes:
I had my TOM Feb 6-10. It was unusually short and very, very light. I figured that it was different because I was actually exercising through it. Well, it stopped Feb 10th, and two days ago I noticed extremely light colored spotting that hasn't gone away. Is this typical to losing weight? I didn't know if I should be worried because it's medical, or not be worried because it's a side effect(?) of losing weight. Help!

Could you be pregnant? I got light spotting for a day when I was.0

It would be highly unlikely. Extremely unlikely. But I haven't had any pregnancy-specific side effects, except Feb 12th through 15th I was extremely nauseaus all the time, but it went away.0

I haven't had spotting but my TOM has been horribly messed up wtih all the changes in my body...think a full TOM every other week. BOO. It's evening itself out...maybe talk to your doctor?0

That's more like how my TOM is. Then I didn't have it for 3 months. Then that light one. Now this spotting. When I mentioned it to the nurse on Monday she said, "are you pregnant?" and I said, "probably not. Almost certainly not." and she said, "I don't know what it is then."
My husband has been snipped, so it's very unlikely that I am, even if it is what I want most in the world!0 -
I am sure you are absolutely fine, but I would always check any body changes out with your Doctor. If it concerned you enough to write about it on here its obviously niggling at you, so I would make an appointment and go. There is nothing to lose, you will lose more sleep in the long run than the appointment takes! From a lady who knows!!0

after I started working out hard I spotted 8 days after my TOM for 3 days then it quit0

ToM can be affected by extreme exercise. I didn't get a TOM during Basic Training at all. Best to confirm w/ doc just to be sure0

My birth control prevents TOM and I actually hadn't had one in over 4 years. The second week I started eating right and exercising, it showed up out of nowhere! It hasn't come back again, but I'm sure it's just a matter of time... Give it a few months, maybe take a pregnancy test every once in a while for good measure, and see your doctor if it doesn't become regular again.0

yeah don't worry exercise really changes the TOM but also you have been doing the 30 day shread havent you? its almost def. your body getting used to that, dont worry xx0
