I exercise almost exclusively in my living room with my Kinect. :) I also love EA Sports Active for a Personal Trainer style experience, and the Zumba Kinect games are really, really fun too.

I'm in! I did a leg heavy workout yesterday so I'll be doing Level 1's to avoid overdoing it, but Level 1 is better than not doing them at all, right? :)

Thanks so much for your responses everyone! I've told my husband before that I know my body doesn't want to be heavy because as soon as I start putting effort into exercising and making healthy food choices the pounds fall off me.
