Lie face up on a mat with arms out perpendicular to you (as if you're about to do a snow-angel). Lift legs 90 degrees from floor so they are perpendicular to the floor. Slowly lower both your legs as a unit to the left, until they are a few inches from the floor, return to start, then repeat on the right side. Windshield wiper legs
