Dont you hate that! My husband is 5'10 and 150lbs. He is struggling to keep that weight!!(He was 130 when we got married, and had to take weight gainers.) He is not even active! I feel the same way, and I usually dont eat my exercise calories back. I am a slow loser, so I need every calorie deficit I can get, without compromising on nutrients.

I also weigh in every Monday. Weekends are bad for me, so the upcomming weigh in prevents me from over doing it. Plus I like to skip weigh in before my period because I tend to gain 5-6 lbs and that totally de-motivates me.

Exercising a little extra sounds like it would work.. maybe put me in a healthy mindset for the day.. I'll try that. I love cheesecake factory! I did hear about the skinnylicious menu, but have not tried it. Now if I can just stay away from the cheesecake:tongue:

i have tried eating a large breakfast, only to go wayy over my calories. My body naturally tends to want to eat in the evenings. I have lost a lot of weight before by cutting out breakfast and saving those calories for later on.. My doc said that was fine, calories are calories, take them now or take them later when you…

I have a very busy schedule, but I still get in 30 minutes of cardio on the treadmill in the mornings, and 30 minutes of walking at lunch break... I dont have time to do more.

I am eating a lot of protein and fiber. My main meal is at night though, cuz I just cant sleep unless I am full

My goal weight is 130, as I have been at 98lbs-159(my current). That is where I feel the most comfortable. My husband loves to eat, and is underweight, so that is going to be my biggest challenge.

Yes, I agree, there is too much good food out there, and its hard to deprive yourself when its in your face saying eat me! We can do this though, slow and steady.....maybe 1 cheat day (with moderation ofcourse!)

Hi I joined today as well. I also currently am th heaviest I have ever been. 159.5! I was 158 at term while pregnant with my daughter. I am only 5'3 so those pounds really show, but I am determined to get to my goal weight-130. Slow and steady... ....
