Welcome, Nancy! That sounds like a great goal for January! And, I should amend mine ... it is not 60 POUNDS, but 60 miles. Too much sugar from the holidays. As of today, I'm at 14/60. Happy walking!

Happy new year, walkers! I'm in for 60 pounds this month. I am 8/60 so far for January. I am also thinking of doing some shopping for a new WATP DVD (or 2) -- just something to mix it up. I wish I still had my old VHS set with the weighted balls. I loved that set! Happy walking into 2015!

I pre-ordered through Collage and mine just arrived yesterday. I did the 40 minute today and really enjoyed it! It uses the same music as the 10 minute Walk Blast DVD, but just nice to change it up a bit!
