  • I am having this problem too. I am trying to train for my first 5K. I run through the pain and when its over my shin's just throb. It is very frustrating wanting to do something so bad and something like this to hold us back! ARG!!!
  • I lost exactly 20lbs my first 6 weeks. Now I have been at a complete stand still for a whole week. I am trying to lose 59lbs altogether.
  • If I don't want to eat my exercise calories I just keep track of my workouts and add my exercise at the very end of the day when I am done with my food diary so that way you don't have to subtract all day. Hope this helps :)
  • When mine are no more than 500 too low I consider it a good day. That is just me. If you are hungry then eat a healthy snack if not then just cut your losses! pun intended :)
  • This is one of my biggest down falls... as soon as I wake up I run for the scales and I hate that! I just can't stop myself! They have been the same for the past 6-7 days. How discouraging. I would love to weigh in every 2 weeks but like you I just don't know how to stop :(
  • It is my 12th day on my diet. I feel like right now I have to be somewhat "obsessed" with what I eat and my calorie intake. When I learn how to eat right again and get the hang of what is good, what is bad. Then I can afford to be more laid back in my "counting" for now I need to be as strict as possible to keep me on…
  • It is one of the first few things to go for me. When I am my ideal weight I wear a B. When I am overweight like now I wear a D so it changes for me alot!
  • Thank you all so much for you kind words. Seeing everyone's progress is a big motivation. Thanks again :)
