Fruit Diet
Has anyone tried a Fruit Diet? If so how did it go for you? I am thinking of doing 4-5 days of fruit only and maybe some Protein Shakes as well. It is sort of a Detox to get the toxins out of your body as well as a good jump start to weight loss... What is your input??

13 pounds a month
I really want to lose 13 lbs a month for the next 3 months! Is this possible? Is anyone losing at this rate? I have lost 20lbs in 6 weeks BUT that was my first month dieting. I know that is slowing down. I just want to keep 13 lb a month momentum. Is this possible ????

Down a pant size!!
I know this is a small victory for some, but I thought this day would never come. I have been a size 16 for the past 3 years. I am now wearing 12-14... Is it realistic???
I have 45 pounds to lose by May 28th. I workout every single day. I am training for my first 5K in April and watching my Calories daily. Is this an unrealistic goal??
