  • I have been tracking here and using iTrackBites set to old ww points. It pretty much evens out to the same thing just another way to track set to lose 1.5lbs a week but since added exercise not seeing on the scale but clothes are getting more loose so know it's working. Main difference is not having the flex/extra points…
  • I have also fell of the wagon so to speak and am currently at the heaviest I have ever been. Started with old ww points and am now tracking here as well. Down 11 pounds my first month. Hope to keep it going harder now that I'm 53. Add me if you would like
  • Thank you all for the responses!! Doing workout b BT1 today. Only doing 2 a week right now because of work schedule. I am looking at this week and next as a warm up as going on vacation for 2 weeks and won't have my weights. I plan on taking my bands and doing a lot of beach walking though :)
  • Hello everyone! I'm new to lifting and just finished my BT1 for the first time. This is my first experience with this type of workout but it kicked my butt more than Jillian was with Body Revolution first 2 weeks. It also showed me how out of shape I am. Any suggestions advice for a real newbie??

  • Can I join in too? I actually started Sunday but may repeat week 1 since I only had 3 lb weights. I now have 2 3 5 and 8lb ones so can try to build up more. I started at 189 lbs.
  • Yes it was tough on me too but now We don't have to do it again for 3 more days lol. I have to say my "running man" was pretty sad. Couldn't keep up with it . Hope to be able to look back in 3 months and see it as easy!!!
  • Hi everyone. Mind if I join in?? I just did Workout 1 and actually survived. Not doing Jumpstart as I work 12 hr shifts 3-4 days a week. Looking forward to tomorrow. Nice to find others for support!!
