Here is what works for me: My husband and I switch on and off putting our toddler to bed each night. On nights when he is putting the little guy to bed, I work out. And on the weekends I get up about an hour before the two of them to get my workout in.

I did w4d2 this morning and my runkeeper app clocked me at 16:32/mile. I'm slow ... I swear I can walk faster than I'm running. BUt I'm more concerned about conquering the distance. Once I have that under my belt, I plan to work on my speed.

My favorite shake: 2 scoops vanilla shake mix, 1 cup soy milk, 1 banana, 1 tsp peanut butter and 1 tsp strawberry preserves. Add some ice to fill my cup and blend. Delish!

Yes, the cost does seem a bit daunting at first. But then I broke it down by day and it ends up being less than what I was spending for breakfast and lunch. I make my shakes with F1, skim milk and fruit, drink the tea and take the multi-vitamin and cell activator. Have you looked at it that way?
