Why would you possibly need 168g of protein? I'm 5'5" and only need 97g. Take your body weight and multiply by .8 to get what you need. Don't go by the adjustment that MFP adds after working out. First picture is in 2012 at @ 200lbs playing Wii with friends...after picture was taken 2017 at @ 135lbs. I've actually lost another 15 from this last picture. I'm still of the mindset that every picture looks bad so it's hard to find any pictures of me. Been maintaining since about 2015.

Both were dark chocolate. The regular size was for both cookies which I divided in half while the king size was for one cookie. I did look at the grams but honestly can't remember perfectly what it was. I just thought it was odd. I do know that the snack size ones are sweeter and contain more sugar than regular.

I walk at a moderate pace daily. I do this more for health than anything else. Last year I got tired of exercise and took summer and fall off. Still maintained weight within 5-10 pounds. Did nothing but count calories. As long as you eat less than your body burns you'll lose weight. Nothing more than that.
