I've always had trouble with asthma, you can build up your fitness and go off puffers and singular. I built up endurance doing boot camp for the last year. I'm now off all DAILY Meds and can run, workout, Play tennis for over 2 hrs. You will get there, good luck

My endurance rocks at tennis & baseball. I came off all my asthma Meds. I take a whole wheat wrap and use it for the crust. It's low in calories and gets nice and crispy, yes it's thin but I love it. Make sure your sauce is low in sugar, cheese is low fat, than add veggies. Yummmmmm yesterday there was a recipe for pizza crust made from cauliflower, you could do a search for that. :glasses:

I'm getting up early for boot camp so I will be having a protein shake made with unsweetened almond breeze. After my workout. I'm going to do my best to stay away from sugar, fruit and a lot of carbs (bread and potato) So I will be doing a bunch of green tea, what are your thoughts on coffee with stevia? :wink:

I love boot camp, my personal trainer pushes all of us, real hard! It changes everyday. We have measurements done, we have nutrition consulting and she is cutting edge in workouts, interval, weight lifting. It is hard as hell and we all push each other. Yep good as burgers, just a bit dry, add an egg to mix. Also good on pita instead of bun. My teenager girls love it too. Also try replacing noodles with spagetti squash

If u r serious about losing weight be accountable. Add friends, log everything that u eat and open up diary for all to see. Seriously! There is also a bunch of groups and challenges you can enjoy. I've done WW too but I love this site.
