Just wondering if there is anyone else on here doing "The Belly Fat Cure". I love it and it is working very well for my husband and I and a few other people I know.

Please friend me if you are!

If your not, you can still friend me. :-)

I haven't heard of that. I'm going to Google it and see what it's about. I'm within my weight range (barely) but I'm flabby and have lots of belly fat and hip/thigh/bottom fat .....

I needed to lose my stomach, my double chin, inner arms and inner thighs.

It seems hard the first fee days, but you figure it out quickly and the weight loss is so quick, it keeps you motivated.

One of the main reasons this was so appealing to me is because I can easily eat this way forever. I didn't want to do anything that eliminated any food groups or unreasonably restricted intake.

My only real problem is missing out on a lot of great fruit due to the extremely high sugar content. But I do strawberries, blueberries, rasberries and avacado which all are higher in antioxidants anyway.

I've read all his books and "sort" of incorporate it into my diet. It really opened my eyes to hidden sugars. I WAS addicted to milk, than read his book and switched to almond breeze. And dropped a bunch of weight. I'm close to goal weight and am thinking about doing his menu for two days this week, (going away for March break) than starting it next Monday. I'm hoping to just hit goal and than get into maintenance.

It has been working great for me. I follow the 120 carbs and 15 sugars a day, but he has a crazy way of adding them up that I don't use. It's easier for me to just plop it into MFP and run with it.

I love the almond breeze unsweetened. It has more vitamin D in it then regular milk too. Plus, :-) I am completely lactose intolerant, so it works perfect for me. My husband is doing the belly fat cure too and has lost 46 lbs now. He lost the first 20 between August 2011 and January (doing his own thing), but he started the BFC in January with me and lost the other 27 lbs in 2 months (the first 20 lbs took him almost 5 months to loose).

I had a big ol belly too, so it has been nice to see that going down, I have lost about 3.5 inches in my waist and hips. :-)
