My OH uses the same password for pretty much everything, though I forget it every other time I'd need it. He knows mine, mostly because I've had him check things for me. I don't really worry about it one way or the other because we trust each other pretty thoroughly (dating long distance tends to help with that)

If you're still under your goal, you're probably doing pretty well. Sometimes there are days when you're hungrier than others. Next time when you're starting to get hungry, eat a little bit of something and that should make it easier to not eat as much all at once.

If you don't like taking them, it means they are not balanced properly and you NEED TO SEE YOUR DOCTOR!!!! This is very important, especially since this sounds like something you've dealt with for a long time.

You're definitely not the only one. I've gotten to the point where work is just boring and that I would rather be elsewhere. I'm sure if I took a few days off I'd be able to get back on track, but that won't be happening any time soon.

If you're eating fruits and complex sugars, I wouldn't worry about it too much. On the other hand if you're eating a lot of refined sugars (like soda and candy) that's when you should be aware of your sugar intake

Try getting fish and chicken more often. Beef in general is much higher calorie wise. My friend uses a small electric grill to do her chicken and then heats up a bag of frozen veggies. She's full and I think it come in under 300 calories.

Plus I ignore all junior sizing because having hips and a tiny natural waist are not condusive to that type of pants.

Depends on the store you shop. Sizes do not have standards in the US unfortunately, so knowing brand and how they work with your body is generally a good way to go

Enter what you ate, check to see how the portions match-up with what you've eaten. change the portions if needed. Look at what you ate and then decide from there where you need to go in terms of balancing out your calorie sources (fat, protein, carbs)
