what's with your knees? Mine are wacky, but strengthing the muscles around them and focusing on form over reps can help you out too.

buy a HRM...it totally varies depending on how hard you work how much you weigh and how high your hear rate gets....invest in the heart rate monitor

people you don't gain muscle that fast...it takes a year or so to put on 8-10 pounds of the stuff and that is if you are actually weight training. if you're gaining it could be due to water retention (where are you in your cycle) or if you have screwed up your metabolism with a radical diet it's gonna take some time to fix…

I replace mine every 300-500 miles....depending on how they are feeling. You don't need a super expensive pair, but should get something designed for running....no Target shoes allowed.

How do you know you burn 500-800 or 300-500....what are you using to give you this info? Just don't go below 1200....if that fills you then it's fine, but I would stick with the 1380 it will be easier to be consistent with this for life.

how much are you eating and exercising now? use the BMR on here to see.....I will say though I had my BMR done through a breathing test and it was much lower than what these calculators tell me....I am not a calorie burning machine I guess.

INSANITY is not for the faint at heart. You can do it as best you are able, but depending on your fitness level it may be smarter to start with something less intense.
