Best DVDs for Bad Knees!

Anyone else out there with crappy knees?

I would love to find something similar in intensity to 30 Day Shred but easier on the knees.

Does it exist?

    what's with your knees? Mine are wacky, but strengthing the muscles around them and focusing on form over reps can help you out too.

    Self: Bikini Ready, Fast! It's on Netflix instant too or i'm sure you could buy the dvd somewhere online. i have done this workout in place of 30 day shred since i found it, i love it. it's not exactly circuit training but you still get your heart rate up and you use weights pretty much the whole time along with leg and core strength training. the only thing is there's a part where you do lunges and it bothered my knees a little so i just skip that part. It's definitely a great workout and i've gotten definition in my arms from it!

    My knees actually don't have the muscle tissue around them that they should - genetic malfomation! They dislocate quite easily (and it hurts). I had surgery on one after multiple injuries so it has a screw in it but it still gives me trouble - I just need something that doesn't put a ton of stress on them.
