I'm trying eat better by using a meal delivery system. For exercise, I walk everyday, just about everywhere. Right now my morning walk includes the 20 plus pound back pack I will be lugging around have Atlanta next month. I work out at home -have some free weights and kettlebells. I like to mix things up so I do 20…

I started using a meal delivery system-home chef-since I am not much of a cook and didn't really like a lot of foods. It has really pushed me out of comfort zone and I am eating a lot better. Plus, I force myself to cook since the meals aren't cheap. Being single, I can usually get 3 -4 meals out of their 2 servings so 3…

I totally agree on the photo op. I have ATL in 2 months and am both ecstatic and dreading my #ota and olicity ops.

Sorry TS but am taking off a couple of days. I am physically wiped out. Have been feeling more run down with each day trying to juggle everything and I am ready to crash so I am going to be smart. Doctor has been screaming at me for 2 weeks that I needed to back off on all of my MFP challenges.

Ouch.... that doesn't sound good. Hope she heals up quick!

I'm in for another tour.

I am heading for my week long ride tomorrow. I am going to attempt to run Strava for the ride but who knows what cell service will be like when over 10000 people converge on the southern part of Iowa where there is pretty much nothing. If I am unable to make that work, I will not be able to post my garmin data until I am…
-
I might challenge you... currently riding with a lower back issue so I am going nice and slow.
-
I'm in. No clue on KMs per week with work. I should have RAGBRAI the last week of July if I can get myself to care about this route!
-
Team Twinkie Scoff, Sorry to bail but I am on vacation the remainder of the ride. Keep up the good work!

I would like to join in again this year-no clue on KMs for the week as I am adjusting to a whole new system at work and it is killing my bike time. I am on vacation the last week of the challenge so if that a problem, I totally understand.
