  • Hi i agree with batch cooking and freezing. Also slow cooker? I did a lamb dinner and the lamb and carrots were bunged in slow cooker for 6 hours just threw some new potatoes in a pan and cabbage to steam over those. Took 15 mins and meat was cooked when i got in xx
  • Hi Guys, I am going to take your advise and start to lift weights on top of my cardio. I do a couple of kettlebell classes a week which I am looking to ramp up to 4 a week.   • Hey Guys, I don't think I will lose all the weight need to but I am thinking if I can lose what it says at the bottom of my diary (in 5 weeks you could be...) As for me it is pretty much the same everyday then I will be (fingers crossed) some of the way there and a tie back will do the rest hopefully.

  • Heyyyy!! I also get married in around 100 days and have a fair bit I would like to shift so I am gonna work my fat butt off and if all else fails get a waist cincher!!!
  • Hi MinnieInMaine, Thanks for your comment. What if I don't feel hungry enough to eat back those calories? I have in the past followed similar advice and eaten for the sake of eating and felt dreadful.

  • Hi guys thanks for the responses. Looking at my food diary for tomorrow I am only clocking in just under 1400 cals which is less than people are saying I need. This is with 3 big main meals plus 4 snacks!!!! i dont know what to do as I cant eat more Id be eating for the hell of it. Any advice xx
