Now normally mirrors in front of the treadmills would make me cringe sooooo much but this morning they kept me going.
Every time I felt like giving up and that it was getting too hard I looked up and looked at myself whilst thinking "wedding dress!! No pain no gain!!! "2 more minutes"!!! Somehow I managed to motivate myself to smashing 30 minutes on the treadmill using interval training techniques and it was my first time at it!!!!!!!!!!

That's awesome! Using the mirrors to visualize where we are vs. where we want to be is a good technique. Cause guess what? You CAN change what you see in the mirror through hard work
Best of luck to you fitting into an amazing wedding dress :flowerforyou:0 -
