Thank you guys! That's what I figured. Well...here's to a little down time that I definitely AM NOT looking forward to! However, on the flip side, at least I know that I will be healthy and strong after I recover and won't have to worry about hurting myself any further. Thanks again, guys!!

Wow - you are so right! That is probably exactly what it is!! Now that I think of it, when I am done at the gym, I do stand much straighter! Thank you! I've got so much more to go but am so enjoying this journey! Go us - we can do it. :)

Very true! Thankfully, it doesn't get me down to the point where I give up on the journey or get discouraged about continuing...I just find it annoying to feel like crap all day just from one skipped gym day!! Lol.

I haven't rewarded myself at all...maybe that will be my motivation going forward. After losing my 1st 20lbs, I'm going to treat myself to a nice massage, mani and pedi!!!! (17lbs to go!!) Lol.
