Focus is a very very big thing, it becomes easier if you understand what you are doing, get results and commit. You either want it and are willing to do what it takes or you dont want it badly enough. Focus on each day and each week and the larger picture will deal with itself. You are doing well so far so just keep going and expects some bumps and setbacks along the way, know how you will deal with them in advance.0
