Thanks everyone :) and the only reason I really asked- to clear up why you would roll your eyes at my question- was because there is definitely conflicting info out there about weightloss. Well, when I make tuna salad I use nonfat plain Greek yogurt instead of mayo. That cuts down on some fat and calories. :) But I usually pack wraps. Like, every day. Haha. I get la tortilla factory low carb high fiber wheat tortillas (they are DELICIOUS), and put like turkey, hummus, spinach, carrots,...whatever you want!

The problem with the calories is that I don't make my own dinner, my mum does. So she really controls it. :P I usually just save about 600 cals for the end of the day. I'm actually kind of bad about banking calories.
