My diary is public, so anyone can check it out. I'm just wondering if I could get some feedback on it. I feel like I overdid it with the snacks (i.e, chocolate) and am afraid I won't lose weight D: I stay within my calorie goal, but they aren't ALL clean eating calories...

Binged. Feel like crap.
Title's pretty self explanatory. Haha. Basically, I feel like I've been on this horrible cycle of "I'm doing great today! Oh no, I binged." :( Everyone keeps saying, "Tomorrow's a new day!" But I am just so depressed. GAH. Anyone been in my shoes?

Party Food...
Hey everyone. I have a party tomorrow and would like to take something...ya know, to be hospitable? Haha. I'd like to take something low calorie and a bit healthy...but they only want like sweets and cookies...anyone have any low cal recipes? They'd be much appreciated. Thanks. :)

Confused...
Okay so, when I was working out quite a bit, and eating 1200 (or less) calories a day, I wasn't hungry. And I ended up dropping a lot of weight, which was cool. (I'd like to continue losing, lol). I got to be 130lbs. Now, I'm still working out, but I upped my calories to 1450, and I'm ALWAYS hungry! And I'm up to 150lbs!…

4 waffles (kashi) Turkey sausage Sugar free syrup 4 granola bars Raisins Hummus Chips Pita crackers More raisins 2 rice cakes Cereal Milk That's what I ate in the last...not even an hour. I can't workout tonight. So. Anything?

So, I went to have a *snack* and went a wee bit overboard. Needless to say, I have about 363 calories remaining for the day. I still have the urge to eat haha. What should I do?
