Okay. So I need a snack idea. Around 100-200 calories, and SUPER filling. Help?

    Popcorn is really good in this category, particularly if you have the SmartPop (or similar) variety. It's like 100 calories for a good sized portion. And that leaves room for 2 if you could really use some filling up.

    Cottage Cheese- 130 calories for 6 oz low fat
    Jello temptations- approx 120 calories per cup depending on the flavor

    wide slices of green pepper with salsa. You have to eat quite a bit to get to 100 calories.
