Okay. So I need a snack idea. Around 100-200 calories, and SUPER filling. Help?

Popcorn is really good in this category, particularly if you have the SmartPop (or similar) variety. It's like 100 calories for a good sized portion. And that leaves room for 2 if you could really use some filling up.0

Cottage Cheese- 130 calories for 6 oz low fat
Jello temptations- approx 120 calories per cup depending on the flavor
Chobani yogurt- approx 140 calories for 6 oz depending on the flavor0 -
wide slices of green pepper with salsa. You have to eat quite a bit to get to 100 calories.0

I second boiled eggs and cottage cheese. You could also add some carrots and celery for more bulk.0

If you have a can of Hunts Diced Tomatoes and then put some Rosemary Garlic in the pan with it, warm it up, and its delicious0

1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese and 1 cup fresh berries. Filling and yummy. CC is 90kcal and lots of protein. You can add more or less fruit depending on cals and taste. alternatively you can add a few nuts if you want it more savory.0

My FAVORITE snack is popcorn! 1/4 cup popped in oil on my stove, only 150 calories! It makes a good size bowl.0

Under 200 cal, when I'm pretty hungry, I go for 1 boiled egg, 1 sliced bell pepper, some almonds and cherry tomatoes. Very filling and yummy0

Today for an afternoon snack I had a Dannon Light and Fit Strawberry and Banana yogurt for 80 calories, and a Fiber One Chocolate Fudge Brownie for 90 calories. Yum!0
