Crockpot orange chicken. So good and simple. Serve over brown rice. You can cook on high and it is done in 2 or 3 hrs. http://team-t-adventures.blogspot.com/2010/03/crock-pot-orange-chicken.html Oh, and no need to brown the chicken in that much oil..just use Pam spray or a small amount of oil..

MFP recommended 1414, I am 5'6" and 151 lbs. This is with no exercising. With an infant that is impossible right now. But in the first week I lost 6 lbs, and I thought that was a bit much since I am nursing, so I raised it to 1800.

While it was nice of the restaurant to do, I don't think it's necessary. Why should you be rewarded for doing something you should already be doing?? My favorite is a slice of 100% whole grain wheat toast spread with avocado (usually half a small one), salt and pepper, topped with a fried egg (fried in Pam spray of course). Really filling.
