anyone have any suggestions for a good chicken (breast) dinner? Dinner for two tonight.... i have no thoughts. Please help!

Brine it!!!!
Seriously!!! It takes 2 hours to brine a chicken breast properly but it's so good!!!
Once you brine a chicken or turkey, you'll never want it any other way!!

make your favorite pinapple mango salsa
put over pan fried chicken breast..

Crockpot orange chicken. So good and simple. Serve over brown rice. You can cook on high and it is done in 2 or 3 hrs.

Oh, and no need to brown the chicken in that much oil..just use Pam spray or a small amount of oil..0 -
Chop it up, cook it in a pan, and make with a tomato sauce with some greens like spinach or zuchini and serve over rice or pasta. Thats what I'm eating tonight.0

Poussin, sauteed new potatoes, red and green peppers and onions with chicken gravy.
About 450 calories.

Bake with a can of rotel poured over it, or use can use salsa. Then top with some shredded cheese just before serving.0
